Our publications are delivered on CD ROM, or via direct download, when size perimts.
We will cheerfully refund the purchase price of this publication to the original purchaser, less shipping and handling and fees, if any, for a period of 21 days from the date of purchase.
We only ask that you allow us to attempt to remedy any problems you may be having with the publication.

1) Your name and address
2) Telephone number
3) E-mail address used when purchased
4) Name of publication
5) Serial number of publication
6) Last four digits of the credit card used for the puchase
7) We would appreciate knowing the reason that you are requesting a refund, or we'd like to know if you have any comments, or suggestions.
Please note that the Refund Period, 21 days,begins upon date of purchase, and not when you receive the publication, so, please be sure to use, and evaluate, the publication as soon as you receive it.

DEFECTIVE MEDIA
We will, at our option, either exchange**, or replace, defective media (CD ROMs), free of charge, within 30 days of purchase.
If you inform us of a defective media, via e-mail, or regular mail, within 30 the days, we will either send a replacement, or we will ask you to send** us the defective media, and then we will send a replacement.
In no case will we replace defective media without prior communication, and arrangements with you.
